CHISPA Groundbreaking

Join us for a groundbreaking event at Mills Ranch! 
CHISPA broke ground on Mills Ranch, a community which will serve 40 low-income families, primarily farmworker families, in King City. This work was the result of years of effort and shows the kind of tenacity this type of development requires to be successful. For the next year and a half, work will continue until that great day when we get to hand keys to the lucky few who are able to live at Mills Ranch. Other amenities funded by this project such as 2 miles of bicycle trails and other improvements will help reduce greenhouse gas emissions and benefit not only our residents but the surrounding community.  We will also host Ranch Cielo construction students to help the next generation learn a solid trade and continue building our future.
